If you are looking for an incredibly effect, natural, and inexpensive skin care regime I think I may have what you are looking for! Here are 4 tips and a few products for glowing skin! Use them all or just one! They are all wonderful!
These are the best things I have ever done for my skin and everyone that I know who has tried it has agreed! I would love to hear what you do or if you try this! Lets get right into it!
Tip 1: Internal Skin Care First I must say that good skin starts internally. With skin being the biggest organ of our body it needs some attention. I am talking proper hydration through water and hydrating juicy fruits, a nutrients dense diet that includes leafy green vegetables and plenty of plant based natural foods as well as the elimination of salts, oils, and preservatives. A tablespoon of molasses a day is also fantastic for not only your skin but your hair and nails as well! I have noticed a huge difference in my skin since I have changed my diet!
Now lets talk about external skin care!
Tip 2: Buffing! Using a facial brush is one of my favorite things. It is a great way to cleanse and detox your face leaving it feeling smooth and silky! The facial brush I use comes with a variety of 'heads' for buffing your entire body too! Vanity Planet has an excellent brush that I highly recommend! If you want one you can get 70% of using the discount code ANDREA4VP. Add buffing into your nightly skin care regime every day for ultimate results! It feels like a spa treatment!
Tip 3: Bentonite clay masks are better than anything I have ever tried! For best results use 1-2 times a week!
Bentonite clay masks are one of the most effective and powerful healing clays known to man. This Clay is known for its ability to absorb and remove toxins, heavy metals, impurities, and chemicals and is unique due to its ability to produce an “electrical charge” when hydrated.
Here’s what you’ll need:
3 tablespoons Bentonite Clay (Sold at most health food stores (aprox $5-10)
1 tsp Castor Oil or coconut oil
2-3 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar (or water)
What are the benefits of Bentonite clay mask?
- Into a small non metallic bowl (very important!), put3 tablespoons of calcium Bentonite clay.
- Add about 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or water and mix the two ingredients to make a consistent paste that you can use as a face mask.
- Once you have achieved a desirable thickness, add a few drops of castor oil or coconut oil.
- Stir the mixture to ensure all the contents in the bowl are well mixed into a single consistent paste.
- Your mud mask is ready to apply on your skin. Apply a thin even layer over your entire face and wait to dry 20-30 minutes (it will feel tight)
wash off with a warm water face cloth and produce with choice of hydrating lotion or coconut oil
- Prevents abscesses and skin blemishes
- Cleans and opens clogged facial pores
- The mask is beneficial in clearing pimples
- Tightens the skin and eliminates fine lines
- Detoxifies the skin, keeping it young and vibrant
Tip 4. Castor Oil for daily cleansing!
This is what I use to wash my face at night($5-8 a bottle)!
Castor oil cleansing is an effective cleansing, toning, moisturizing regime that aims to deep clean the pores and get rid of junk from your face!
To Use: In order to use castor oil to deep clean pores, mix it with a light oil like apricot oil, olive oil or jojoba oil and massage it into your face gently and thoroughly. After massaging, soak a clean washcloth in warm water and apply the hot cloth over your face until it cools. This will help to remove pore- clogging materials better. You can repeat this steaming process a few more times. This way you remove make-up, dirt, moisturizers and excess oil from the pores and deep clean them while ensuring that the skill does not dry out. Its a miracle worker lets just leave it at that!
Castor Oil has been used for thousands of years for cleansing, acne, to treat stretch marks and fade scares, wrinkles and facial lines, as a moisturizer, and to treat sunburns! Its awesome!
I hope you enjoy these! I have never found such effective solutions for my skin so I thought I would share. I love that they are all inexpensive, natural, take very little time and yet are still the most effective things I have ever used!'
Let me know what you think!
Have a good day!
