Vegan Fudge Sauce

Check out top corner... guilt free vegan fudge sauce! Enough said! haha. Before I went plant based I ate chocolate all day every day...It was a very pleasurable problem! Here is a recipe that is made with quality REAL ingredients that will keep you on track while satisfying those chocolate fudgy desires... :)  If ya remake it, put your own twist on it and love it share with us by tagging @earthyandy.  Aloha!!

1 can (14 ounces) full fat organic canned coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cacao powder
2 tablespoons coconut butter or coconut oil
1 vanilla bean or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste

whisk or blend together the coconut milk, coconut sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth.
Pour into saucepan and bring to low boil while whisking over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer while stiring for 10 minutes and then remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients- coconut oil and vanilla.
Take off heat and allow sauce to cool for 20 minutes. A thin film will naturally form over the top of the fudge sauce; this is perfectly normal. Stir one more time before transferring to a glass container for storage in the refrigerator! Great for bowls, dipping fruit on top of pancakes.. by the spoon what ever you want!
