Vegan Salted Caramel Sauce on Cookies n Cream Vegan Ice Cream

Just a massive bowl of happiness right hur:)  This is the Salted Caramel Sauce that I used on the Caramel Chunky Monkey a few weeks back! Sorry it took me so long to post it! I hope you love it! Its super simple. I have some other caramel sauces you might love but this one is the healthiest, and quickest but still amazingly tasty :) Aloha! 4 frozen ripe bananas

1/4 nut milk

1/4 cup KOKO Samoa or Vegan Chocolate Chips

1 tablespoon coconut sugar or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla bean

blend until thick and creamy and icecream like!

for the cookie part I used little datey oat bliss bites I made but use whatever or leave it out :)

Top with Vegan Salted Caramel Sauce or whatever you want!



½ cup pure maple syrup

½ cup creamy nut butter ( I used a natural coconut macadamia peanut butter :)

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean

Pinch of sea salt

blender all ingredients until smooth!

Stores great in the refrigerator! Use for dipping apples, bananas, dates... on nicecream, cobbler.. or by the spoon!
