Vanilla Berry Whip with Chia Berry Sauce

5 minutes to make this desserty breakfast worthy bowl ! 

Banana base Icecream with Vanilla Bean and Almond Cream/nut milk  blended and topped.

VANILLA BERRY WHIP!  

Ingredients:

Raw Berry Sauce (which takes minutes to make) - 

  • 2 tbsp @mammachia white or black chia seeds
  • 2 cups choice of berries
  • Maple syrup or coconut sugar to sweeten

Recipe:

1. Let sit for 20 min and blend if want smooth consistency!

Great on toast, smoothie bowls , apple crisp ... Mmm' just a good healthy alternative to Berry sauce and jam 😉✌🏾️🍇 - store air tight in fridge !
