Creamy decadent, throw your head back and moan kind of good- Salt Caramel Chocolate Vegan Icecream! All natural, no appliances needed but a blender or food processor oh and ice treys or a zip lock bag! Recipe below :) Have a wonderful day! RECIPE SALTED CARAMEL CHOCOLATE VEGAN ICECREAM
1 cup cashews
1 14-ounce cans coconut cream OR full fat coconut milk
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar or 8 Medjool Dates
1 bean or 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 vegan chocolate bar (salted Caramel yes please )
Blend all together and freeze in a ziplock bag laying flat or into ice cube treys. Night before . Once frozen break into chunks and blend . At the end mix in broken up salted Carmel chocolate chunks. And put back in freeze for an hour + ! Scoop up your heaven ! If you let freeze too long just let sit out on counter to soften a bit before scooping!
