Aloha! Here is a fun simple nutrient dense recipe that you can make in minutes with just a few super food ingredients!
Chia Seeds are the star ingredients here and for good reason! They are packed with protein, Omega-3, antioxidants and calcium and chia pudding is a 5 min process to make. Its amazing, so simple, delicious you can be as creative as you want, and its super good for ya!
Mamma Chia is my favorite brand of anything Chia seeds so that's what I use here. If you are a fan of chia seeds you will love their variety of healthy organic products. We are huge fans of their wide variety of granola bars, granolas, drinks and squeeze to go packs!
RECIPE: 4 Ingredient Maple Mamma Chia Pudding
Serves: 4 servings
2 cups coconut milk (homemade or natural, other nut milks are great too!)
½ cup Organic Mamma Chia Seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla paste
¼ cup (or more) maple syrup (or sub any sweetener like coconut sugar)
Blended Smooth Texture Version: Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth.
For Whole Chia Seed Version: Whisk together all ingredients
For Both Methods : Pour mixture into a jar or glass container or serving cups and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to let gel. Make at night and it will be ready in the morning! Kids are so stokedto help out and to see how fast it starts to change into pudding!
Top with whatever you like. Mango in Chia Coconut Pudding is so awesome, Maple Chia is heart warming with apples, pecans, fresh fruits.. whatever floats your boat!
if you want this for on the go make the night before, screw a lid on and throw it in your bag. We take this to the beach all the time or put in school lunches!
